Christians should be involved in their communities. Paul gives Titus two contrasting versions of community and exhorts him to teach the Cretians how to be servant-minded with plenty of explanation of how to live it out.
About Mike Crowley: Mike is the pulpit minister and an elder of the Matador church of Christ. He has worked with this congregation for almost 30 years. Mike and his late wife, Judy, were missionaries at many places and worked with several other congregations in the past before moving to Matador.
